Delhivery — Two of my parcels are stuck at the Delhivery warehouse. I have no means of communicating with them.

I Have sent two parcels via delhivery please have a look at the screenshot. It has been more than 15 days that the parcels were picked up from my residence. Everyday, when I check the Delhivery app, the estimated delivery date gets shifted to the next day. There’s absolutely no way of communicating with the Delhivery team and they don’t reply to the emails either. The chat support system is a joke and doesn’t even solve the query and marks it as resolved. I am afraid they have lost both my parcels as when I try to cancel these two deliveries in the hopes of getting my parcels back, it says that the order has not been picked up yet. Please help!
