I am writing to highlight an ongoing issue with Delhivery, which has caused significant inconvenience and potential monetary loss.
On November 1, I shipped a product worth INR 4, 000 from Delhi to Bangalore via Delhivery, expecting delivery by November 8. Unfortunately, as of today, the shipment (AWB: [protected]) is still undelivered, and the tracking status has shown “Vehicle delayed at Bangalore_Hoskote_GW” since November 6. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any clear or accurate updates.
Delhivery’s customer support has falsely claimed that the shipment is “moving within their network, ” but it is clearly stuck at Hoskote, causing damage to my relationship with my customer. Furthermore, my customer expects the product before November 10, and failure to deliver on time could result in a monetary loss of INR 4, 000 for me.
I urge consumercomplaints.in to escalate this issue and help resolve it as soon as possible. I kindly request Delhivery to ensure delivery by November 9, or I will incur a significant loss.
Your prompt action on this matter will be highly appreciated.
