Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Delhivery Courier Services for undue delay, lack of communication, and unprofessional handling of my shipment.
I had booked a shipment from Ahmedabad to Bangalore on March 30th, 2025, through Delhivery. However, the package has still not been delivered and is stuck in Ahmedabad. The tracking status has been showing “Vehicle delayed - Controllable at Ahmedabad_Kanera_GW (Gujarat)” for several days, with no progress or resolution.
To make matters worse, Delhivery has not communicated any update or reason for this delay, nor have they responded to my attempts to reach out. The shipment contains goods worth ₹48, 000, and if not delivered by April 6th, the order will be cancelled, leading to a significant financial loss for me and damaging my relationship with a valued customer.
This negligence is not only causing monetary loss, but also mental harassment. It reflects a complete lack of accountability and professionalism on the part of the courier company.
I request the forum to:
Investigate this matter urgently.
Direct Delhivery to ensure immediate delivery of the shipment.
Hold Delhivery accountable for the losses incurred due to their service failure.
Ensure proper compensation for the financial and reputational damage caused.
