I am writing to bring to your notice a serious issue regarding the non-delivery of my
courier bearing AWB No. [protected], booked through your services. The courier was marked for delivery, and your delivery agent Mr. Pankaj Kumar
(Mobile No. [protected]) contacted me. As instructed, I provided him the OTP for
delivery confirmation and also made the required payment. However, despite this,
the courier was not handed over to me.
I have repeatedly contacted the delivery agent on his mobile number, but he has
been postponing the delivery saying “aaj–kal de dunga.” It has now been more
than 5–6 days, and the package has still not been delivered. Furthermore, when I
checked the status online, it is showing that the courier is being “returned, ” which
is highly concerning.
