Delhivery — Urgent Complaint Shipment Delayed and Wrongly Marked as Return

My shipment with AWB No: [[protected]] has been facing issues from 04/08/2025 to 18/08/2025.

From 04/08/2025 onwards, the tracking status was showing “problem we are highlighting.”

The expected delivery date kept changing every single day.

On 18/08/2025, the status was suddenly updated to “Return” without any information to me.

I want to make it very clear that I have never requested a return. I only need my order delivered. I have tried calling your helpline numbers multiple times but there has been no response. Emails only generate auto-reply messages without any real action.

This is causing me a lot of inconvenience. I request you to:

Arrange a proper call from your customer care team.

Ensure that my parcel is delivered to me immediately, not returned.

Kindly treat this complaint as urgent and update me at the earliest.
