Delhivery — Urgent Complaint: Shipment Not Delivered for 5 Days Tracking ID [protected]

My shipment has been stuck at the Kuttiyadi Delhivery center since Tuesday and has still not been delivered.

I contacted customer support multiple times and was repeatedly informed that the delivery partner is on leave. This same reason has been given continuously, and no alternate delivery arrangement or proper update has been provided.

This delay has caused significant inconvenience and is not acceptable.

I also requested self-pickup from the Kuttiyadi Delhivery center, but the delivery partner has not shared the pickup location or any details required to collect my parcel.

I have already sent a formal complaint email to Delhivery customer support but have received no response.

Kindly resolve this issue immediately by arranging delivery of my parcel as soon as possible or by providing the exact self-pickup location and required details today.
