I have tried calling the delivery person multiple times over the last 2 days, but there has been no response. Additionally, I have received no replies to my messages, emails, or calls made through the support system on your application.
This lack of communication and delay is extremely disappointing. I request you to look into this matter urgently and ensure my shipment is delivered at the earliest to the address mentioned. If there is any issue, I insist that your team or the delivery person contact me immediately on [protected].
