Delhivery — Urgent follow-up: delivery attempts marked as failed despite updated contact details (Tracking id: [protected])

Shiprocket, the platform managing my shipment, has contacted me on the updated mobile number that I provided in multiple reattempt requests. However, Delhivery, which is the actual courier handling the delivery, is not even visiting the delivery location or calling me on the updated number. Instead, the delivery agent is simply marking the attempts as 'failed - customer unreachable.'

Despite my repeated efforts to update the contact details and request reattempts, Delhivery has not made any genuine reattempts to deliver my package. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Please take immediate action to ensure my order is delivered correctly.
