Delhivery — Urgent: Non-Delivery of Courier AWB [protected]

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that my parcel (AWB No: [protected]) booked through Delhivery Direct has not yet been delivered.

On[protected], the delivery driver called and mentioned that the courier would be delivered within 10 minutes, but the parcel was not received. The driver (Contact No: [protected]) did not respond properly when contacted again.

Further, on[protected], another delivery person called regarding the same parcel, but the delivery was again not completed, and the response from your team was unsatisfactory.

Kindly look into this matter urgently and update me on the current status and expected delivery date of my parcel.
Your prompt attention to this issue will be highly appreciated.
