We have booked a consignment through Moveabox on 27/05/25 ( Consignment No. AWB# [protected]. Sequence of this consignment are as follows:

1. Consignment booked on 27/05/25 from Bengaluru to Noida
2.No message/calls received from v]courier agency
3.Started communication by us but said that the subject consignment was back to Bengaluru.
4.While tracking, it was always shown as will be delivered by today/tomorrow but no further updates are shown.
5.Asking them to deliver back at Bengaluru where the original n]booking was made.
6. After passing 5 more days. they keep on telling that the consignment will be delivered by tomorrow which never comes ( Contact No.[protected]).
7. Due to this, we are in mental trauma and not receiving any valuable inputs.
8.While trying to escalate but the given phone number in the portal is invalid.
9.Need immediate resolution on this.
10. We will not tolerate any more shocks.
