Horrible experience it has been always with shipping items with Delhivery.No real time tracking update, no dedicated customer care, no response overcomplaint raised.One will remain stranded with no whereabouts of the items if booked with the courier agency.In the name of COVID they are still running disclaimers stating the items might get delayed and it’s very normal practice. So many bad experiences with Delhivery courier service. No contact no. given on the website and no repsonse to mail as well. You can never know the status of your delivery or pick up of package. And there is no way you can contact them. This company should shut down.
