[Resolved] Delhivery — worst delivery service by delhivery team | |
Hi all, Last three days i'm contacting the delhivery customer care for one of my package not got deliver to me by delivery boy. Tracking number:[protected] The courier boy called me and informed on 17th-april-2019 afternoon about he have total number of 80 packages in his hand and he will not able to delivery at this time may be in evening. But suddenly i received sms about the courier will be deliver to you only after 3 days after 20-april-2019 as per customer request. I haven't informed him about to do delay delivery. But he and hist delhivery team have taking decision on their own. Really frustrated by the delhivery guys. I have called customer support daily and asked for update everytime they have telling wait for 24 hours and we will call back you. But really no call back and no more progress. Guys i really telling don't use this courier service its one of the worst courier server i have ever seen. Was this information helpful? | |

I had called the customer t check my shipment. I was advised that I will receive the shipment today. I have not received a call as yet, though it shows on tracking as 'customer call placed at 14:29. I have not received any call until now.
Kindly confirm my shipment.
