I have raised a request for finding missing item from delivered parcels but no action is being taken on the ticket. Could someone please share any email id or contact number to reach out to anyone who could help me in resolution from delhivery team... its been 20 days since item got delivered. At source we checked the video and they have sent the parcel.
Just to add that i have insured my product and this is laughable to even assume what would have happened in case of destruction or full missing
