It's been 12 days since Delhivery has not responded to my issue.
It is regarding the wrong parcel delivery, I sent a FMCG item and my family received a Books parcel from Unacademy. I raised the complaints over the Delhivery direct app, to which they asked for a picture and I send it to them.
Both FMCG Box I prepared to send and the one which my family received.
I have been continuously dropping emails or messages over Delhivery direct app but there is no response at all. And the most frustrating part it they do not have any customer support phone number. They claim to have one on Website and believe me, it does not work. Initially during parcel pick up these people called me 2-3 times a day just to confirm the pickup timing and these people do not even care for the consignment, utter hypocrisy. I did not expect it.
Could you please please look into this issue and resolve it????
This consignment is expensive and contains perishable things.
I really hope you guys will come to me.
