We are facing so many issues from Delhivery courier agency, my all issues mention as below.
1. Company is updating the wrong status and the staff is also not good behavior because I talk with his ground team also and the manager also all are 3rd class.
2. Company's system is show a serviceable pin code but after the booking company told pin code location and the actual location is so fare so we cannot be delivered the shipment as per the address. so my question is Pincode is why showing in the system?
3. We have to create a so many tickets on his portal but with no resolution ticket is close.
