Delivery — Product not delivered

I had ordered a product via Paytm online.I was given 12th April 2015 as the date of delivery.For this Delhivery were shipping the product, Delhivery being their shipping partner.On 10th the day of delivery was further exceeded by a day and was reported to be on 13th.I called at the Delhivery office and person named "Suman" was taking care but she said that again due to some reason the product will be delivered on 15th.The product failed to reach me on 15 as well and calling them again they came up with same reason stating that they will deliver the product on 16th.Today(16th).In the morning i received sms stating that i will receive my order today.but at around 5pm they texted me again stating that the order won't be deliver today.On calling the delivery office, the person named "Jeet" was speaking and denied of delivering the product and spoke very rudely to me. Previously too whenever i called all the person there denied of giving me the complaint no.and were not at all helpful.
