Dear sir
I purchased laptop on June 2021.but get defected in nov.in nov.2021.one engg.came to my home and try to fix it.but all in vain.om 19.11.2021 company says they will replace my system with new system.but after that no reply from company.i mailed my time.no answer.i am in trouble.plz help me.i am sending you the screenshot of company which send to me
