Dell — bad quality of laptop provided

HEllo, i have purchased dell inspiron N5110 2 years back. MY express service code is C7628R1 But from first day itself i am facing heating problem and noise problem due to the fan. When it was in warranty i have complaint like 100 times for the same thing and the problem is still the same. nowadays its hard to even hold the laptop because of heat and i am really not satiesfied with the service provided by dell. I cant spend anymore money to repair this laptop so i request you to look into the matter. I am going to take legal actions against dell for providing me bad quality of laptop and for the last 2 years the problem i have faced.
