Dell — Battery and overheating issues

Battery issued(battery backup less than 1 Hour) and over heating issues
I already contact to dell support team but not getting any support

I Purchased a laptop on 07.01.2022
kindly replace my laptop and provide me new unit
I am facing lots of problem in my working with this faulty laptop and facing unwanted harassment from dell support team
