Dell — Complaining about laptop

I bought a dell laptop 2 months ago, since it's new it should perform up to mark but that is not in my case (it, s taking so much time to load MS office and other system apps even i haven't installed anything on this laptop), i have resetted this pc twice but all in vain...
this pc has following specs---
processor : intel i5-1035G1 CPU @ 1.00GHz 1.19GHz
RAM : 8 GB
OS : Windows 10 (x64 - bit )
