Dear support i ma facing some problem in my laptop first of we have facing issue in laptop keypad your engineer visit my site along with faulty keypad. Next time again come engineer in my site with keypad but showing same issue. Your engineer suggest me problem in laptop motherboard. After some day engineer visit again & replace motherboard. Engineer replace laptop motherboard laptop working hardly 40 to 50 minute. Laptop is automatic shutdown. I have on laptop showing blue dump error & laptop is shutdown again.I have daily 3 or 4 call in your call center regarding this issue but not given proper response me. This is a official laptop and using very senior person (VP). Please suggest me what i do I Hope you resolved this issue on priority basis.
