Dell — Dell Tab 3740 7" LAGGING

We have purchased the DELL TAB 3740 7 " in the month of november last year, though its very late for me to file a complaint now but im still doing so as it should come in notice to people that this product is bad. From the very 1st day of purchase of this above said product it has been having a serious problem of lag. The product just does not seem to respond at any given point for any of its inbuilt functions as well forget external apps. We send it back to the showroom where we purchased it from with the original bill, box, and all its accessories, but they said the product itself is the way it is and cannot be replaced. We would like to know is there any way we can exchange the product or refund the product. Thanking you a loyal customer .
