Dell — Dont buy dell products as they do not give support to the end user | |||||
DONT BUY DELL PRODUCTS AS THEY DO NOT GIVE SUPPORT TO THE END USER. I brought a Dell Inspiron model 3537 on 02nd june 2014. My computer would not start (dead) on 04.01.2016. I called Dell and explained the problem and informed them i had a genuine bill for the same and they said they would get back to me. I got a call on 11.01.2016 and they informed me that the dealer from whom i brought the product had purchased it from Thailand and had registered the product in India. Now kindly tell me how is that my problem. I have a genuine bill and the product is a genuine Dell. The Dell will say anything to ward of the warranty. So kindly beware before making any purchases of Dell products. They are worse than the chinese counterfeit products we buy off the street. Was this information helpful? | |||||
