Dell — first told me for refund now ignoring it. | |||
I', m writing this regarding the poor service support i had experienced with the dell india service centre. i had bought a dell inspiron 15 model no:5547 .The laptop that i bought came out to be defective and started showing trouble since the 2nd day i bought the laptop. I complained about it to the dell care india as soon as i experienced trouble in laptop and asked for the refund of the laptop since i was not satisfied with the product but instead of helping me out they offered me a lower series laptop (not the current series laptop which i have) which i don't want and then they offer me to refund my money and i accepted it. but now they have canceled both option without any reason. I had called to dell on 2nd day i bought the laptop. now they have been trying to fool me since that day. Was this information helpful? | |||
