Dell — Fraud and harassment by Dell

I bought a new Dell vostro 5415, Rs 60500 on 27th Nov from Dell exclusive store. It has a manufacturing defect from day 1(backspace key had a squeaking sound coming from it).

The store did not do anything, the customer support just kept on passing me from one department to another. Find today I am told that replacement will happen in 40-45 days. They aren't giving an alternate laptop or giving me a full refund. I had no option but to agree and now after agreed they are saying we will give you a refurbished laptop and same model may not be available so we will give you alternate model. This is all coming from Dell customer support after 10 days of fighting on calls, emails and Twitter. This is a one day old laptop I am talking about.
