Hi Sir,
I have given my laptop for service to the below service center after explaining my fault I not able type anything on my keyboard and they said that I need change my keyboard. Since my warranty as been expired they ask me to pay 1200 for it. After paying the amount they said that I will be receiving a call within 2 to 3 days once they had received keyboard then I can replace it. After waiting for nearly 2 weeks I have not received any calls from them. Then I itself call them now they ask me when did I booked after giving all the details they ask me to wait nearly 15 mins and then they said that I can come an replace it. After replacing my keyboard they said keyboard as a warranty for 3 months and I have ask for the bill they it will mailed to address but I have not received any bill and Within 2 months of time Now again I am facing the same issue when I take my laptop to that service center now they are now saying that problem might be with in O.S. they need to check on that after that only they will replace the keyboard for that they ask me to pay 1350 and told them to do the factory restore setting s then check the fault is with keyboard or not. They are asking me to pay 1350 even to do factory settings with O.S and check
Please help me to sort out this issue .I cant able to waste my money any more
