Updated by shubh2010 I purchased a Laptop from SIGMA
computers Lucknow dealer of DELL on
11 november 2015.My laptop warranty
is one year.when my Laptop stopped work and and not in function then i had contacted with DELL customer care for service but they told your Laptop is out of warranty .where is my laptop warranty is one year so according to bill laptop is under warranty that 11 november 2016. But warranty updated on DELL site is april 2016 i had contacted
with dealer on 11 september 2016
dealer said your warranty would be
updated with in 12 days but now 35
days had been passed and my Laptop
warranty is not updated. your dealer
SIGMA computers Lucknow and Area
sales manager of DELL only give time
but my warranty of laptop as it is. this is
very poor service of DELL .This is
harassments of Customer
so it is requested to you that look into
my matter and please update My
warranty of Laptop. MY LAPTOP

Few days back we noticed that cover is not fitted properly.We tried with your customer care, there was no proper response. The photo graph is attached. Please arrange to rectify the defects.
