Dell India — Alienware, no support instead of taking of premium support

I had a hell of an experience with dell.. I can't believe buying an alienware would be such a painful experience. It was creating a problem when my system was in warranty. I complaint, no reply, having a premium support, I felt like nothing to you people. Now, when the system is not at all working. Can I get some support from guys. Else, I swear I will go to consumer court and go for tagging on social media for this. My express service code: [protected]
