I have purchased this laptop last year in July till now 3 times part change and 2 times software issues occur. Recently I am facing microphone issues and slow speed. My case no 11801715 and issue still not resolved after many time remote access taken and lot of time spend by technician . I am very disappointed with your service and product. Since I have purchased this laptop it has not worked properly even a single time, support service is pathetic from Dell side. In future I am not going to purchase even a single thing from Dell side and I am suggesting everyone to not purchase any thing belongs from Dell. Jul 31, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I have purchase this Laptop Vostro 3590 in July 2020 till now 3 times part change (Screen, Battery, camera) and 2 times software issue occur. Recently i am facing microphone issue and slow and hanging issue . My case no 11801715 and issue still not resolved after many time remote access taken and lot of time spend by technician . I am very disappointment with dell sevice and Product. Since i have purchased this laptop it has not work properly even a single time support service is pathetic from Dell side. In future I am not going to purchase even a single thing from Dell side and I am suggesting everyone to not purchase any thing belongs from Dell. I am sturggling, suffering agitating every day.
