Dell India — charger lost and laptop given back in worse condition after general servicing | |||||
Been to dell service in koremangala bangalore center with the problem of overheating. The laptop was with the service center over a week and there was general servicing done to the laptop and was charged 1500/-. I collected the laptop when i checked the same day i called the service center with the laptop in bad condition could see lines on the screen. After 2 days immediately the screen was switched off. I spoke to the service person several times. I took the laptop back to the service center and the lady over there asked me the charger as well. Even though the laptop was in good condition with no problems with the screen only the heating issue the laptop was returned with screen switched off state. Also when i went back to the service center i did not get any response for the screen problem and was asked to pay 5500 to change the screen. I did not agree. I went back to collect the laptop they did not even give my charger. They said that they do not have the charger. I did not even get my charger. They said they will updtae me on charger the next day but i did not get a single response from them. I went back to dell service center they even accussed me of having the charger. I was sure on that they had the charger so i asked them to show the cctv footage. Till now not received the charger plus my laptop condition is worse than it was before the general servicing.
