Maine 18th Jan, 2022 ko call kia. Mr. Ravinder ne call attend kia. Unhone broken laptop k pics mail karne ko kaha. Maine pics mail kiye. Sari details batayi. One hour talk k baad wo kehte hai k yeh mera department nahi hai. Mai call kisi aur ko transfer karta hu. One hour talk k baad phone transfer kia aur call disconnect kar dia. Uske baad call lag hi nahi raha tha.
Again 19 jan ko maine customer care me call kia. Call Mr. Imran ne attend kia. Unhone b sari details li. Details lene k baad kehte hai yeh mera department nai hai. Mai call transfer kar raha hu. Phir Imran se Vishal, Vishal se Ms. Geeta, Geeta se Austin, phone transfer pe transfer kia gaya. Again i was on call since one hour. Finally Austin ne call disconnect kar dia.
Today is 24 Jan, 2022. Na koi complaint register hui aur na hi customer care se koi call aaya hai.
Yeh Dell Company ki service hai..
