I bought the latest Dell xps 13 7390 base model three days back. Firstly, the packaging of the product wasn't neat. There were marks on the inner box packaging. Secondly from day one, my laptop was missing WIFI drivers. Tried to fix the problem over the phone with their customer support but the problem still persists. Along with this, the charger and the system gets heated up with regular use. I found out on the web that xps series has heating issues. Being a loyal Dell customer, I was disappointed. Now, I have requested for refund as I'm not satisfied with the product and customer services. But they say that they will replace it which is unacceptable to me. Even after spending so much money, I have to face all this, I would not buy Dell. Pl help. Was this information helpful? |
