Dell India — Defective laptop provided by dell

I had purchased dell laptop in month of August 2021 and after one week o[censored]ses, laptop screen display is dead.replacement approved on 03oct & old system also collected but not received new system even after five months. No any proper response from dell. Very very Worst service providing by Dell. Please help me to resolve my complaint.

I am receiving reply by your executive that is 'billing in process with partner' since one month. Is any time line of complaint redressal. My complaint is pending from last five months. Very very worst service. Please resolve laptop replacement issue Immediately
