I bought Dell laptop from Dell exclusive store Delhi on 25th January 2021 for my daughter, while checking it was found headphone is not working, Dell service complaint was logged and service engineer came to fix the same and changed the card. but couldn't resolve it. it was told by online support team to update the window, at that event it was found that USB port is also not working properly and even not getting inserted. I found the product defective and asked for its replacement. I didn't get proper response from Dell and there is no direct contact where I can call. My daughters exams are approaching soon, I am worried. Kindly Help me to get replacement of my product at the earlies. I am fad up with Dell customer care. Vishambhar Khatri
