Dell India — dell authorised service centre quality of service | |||
We visited the dell authorised service centre named compusoft in 100feet, coimbatore for an issue of charging problem in our dell inspiron laptop. But the quality of service was very bad. The laptop was damaged. We went for charging problem but when we got the serviced laptop we had many other issues. We buy laptop for huge price and give it if we have small problem. But they worsen the problem and give back the laptop. Even the laptop keypad skin was taken at the service centre. So we have to buy it again and put it. It's your authorised service centre and we go there as it's your dealer. We can reach local service centre and deal it with a low price and get this servic. Why should we reach your authorised service centre for this. Please take necessary action on the service centre else i will go to an extent of registering a complaint or case in consumer court. Am very much upset on my laptop being damaged to this extent Was this information helpful? | |||
