Hi,

I purchased one dell laptop from dell exclusive showroom from dehradun uttarakhand. The address is shop no. 36, old cannaught place, chakrata road dehradun. My only requirement was 8gb ram, as i needed laptop for programming. I choose one laptop with 8 gb ram with price around 48k. But the owner then convinced me for another laptop which was of 56k saying that it has 8gb ram with some additional features.
But when i purchased that laptop and checked it's specification it's of 4 gb ram.
I am facing trouble in coding as it's not suitable for coding.

Please give me solution for this.

Updated by megway I purchased this laptop on 29th July. I have model dell inspiron 5570 core i5 laptop. You can even check with the CCTV if they have, that I only asked for 8gb ram, nothing else. I am disappointed with the trust that I put in this brand name. I have been cheated.
