Sir, i purchased laptop from dell official site on 24/08/23 and product received by blue dart on 31/08/23. after setups, i facing touch pad lagging issue after then i called to dell costumer care and share my laptop screen online for better resolution after then executive stated that laptop has bios driver issue after then executive updated bios driver.
after updating bios by costumer exicutive, green screen error is showing in my laptop and laptop is not starting and showing "stop code- process1_initialization_failed"
I am facing more problems in one day while i did not use laptop more than 30 minutes.
Dtd on 01/09/23, i called to dell executive for this problem and replacement my product but executive denayed for replacement whereas it has been one day to me while buying this laptop.
This laptop has 14 days replacement policy. I also submitted error screen shot/images for proof.
So i don't want repair only i want replacement or refund my amount.
Dell didn't process to replace this pc.
