I had purchased my laptop in august 2017. After using it for certain number of months my touchpad is not working. I complained about it on 6 december. They tried to resolve the issue over phone which it took 1 hour. The service representative then said their senior will call me and try to resolve the issue. When they called, it again wasted my 1 hour over the call again doing the same procedure. The service representative were very rude when i told them can they call back after 15 mins.
Further the arranged a technician visit to my place. My visit was scheduled on 15 december between 4-6pm. He called my at 2pm saying he will come in 30 mins. I again called him at 2.45pm and he said that he will take another 45 mins. I again called him at 5pm and he further said that he will take more 1 hour.in this process i had to take half day leave.
The touch pad issue was resolved. When i opened the laptop next day, the display was not working.
A normal consumer is being harassed by supplying poor quality products and providing very poor service.
