My Laptop (Service Tag: 1G6S2B3) was having issues with the Camera, I was getting the error No Web Camera Device is attached, hence I raised the request to Dell, Dell arranged the replacement of the LCD. With this new LCD camera device issue got resolved but I got some other issues: 1. High Color density causing eye stress. 2. Camera Quality got reduced. 3. Video quality got reduced. I raised the request again and Dell arranged another service for replacement. Dell Engineer came with another LCD and that LCD was faulty it was having looze bezels and Color Density was too low so Dell engineer discussed all these issues with Dell Tech Support Guy on call and Dell Tech Support guy informed me that he will arrange another service, Now I am talking with Dell Support Guys and they made me wait for 10 days and now Dell Support guys started saying that there is No issue and they would not create the service for replacement. All the issues I have mentioned are not yet resolved. I have bought an extended warranty but it has no use as Dell support guys started declining the service creation for replacement. Though I bought the extended warranty, Dell denying service for LCD Replacement. Either LCD needs to be replaced or Laptop needs to be replaced if Dell cannot fix the issue in Laptop.
