Dell India — Dell Inspiron Brand New Laptop is not working

I have purchased new laptop from Dell on July 2021. Now there is some issues and The Customer Support says I have to Pay to get the support for this junk. I have already spent 61K for this laptop and now I have to pay extra to get this fixed which is not at all acceptable. I barely use this laptop and was a mistake to purchase from the brand Dell.
I need a resolution for this. Please do the needful asap.
