I have purchased a dell inspiron (N4050) laptop battery (Battery serial number : jp-08nh[protected]b-f3cv-a02) from Gyan computer, f - 4/5, Main vikash marg, laxminagar, delhi - 110092. Ph no : 45874897 Tin no : [protected] Date of purchase : 18 apr 2017. Warranty period : 1 year from date of purchasing. Now, i am facing issue in this battery and i want replacement. When i contacted to dell customer care. They reply that your battery is out of warranty. As they mailed me also. I have attached this mail also below. So, i request you to please provide me judge. Dell will not do anything except offer replacement of ANY PART, Including Motherboard with Used / Refurbished / repaired and tested Mother board under Warranty. These are their Warranty conditions. Ive faced the same problem and hence can vouch for their pathetic service. My only suggestion to all Consumers, Please do your due diligence and problems people are facing before investing in any brand!

A Dell LED Monitor 20 inch has been purchased by me on 17 Feb 18. When I unboxed the monitor I did not find the VGA and Power Cable in the box. Later I contacted the dealer. He replied that contact with company. I gave you a sealed box. He could not help me.
