I have made replacement request of my laptop Inspiron 5510 -
ST- 69DVKJ3
EX- [protected]

I have calling dell customer care since 1 month but i am not any answer from the customer care. I have made replacement request because of the manufacturing default of the product. In my last 5-6 calls to customer care they are just saying that the we are waiting for the updates from internal team.

Due to poor service of Dell India I have lost my trust from the company and I am facing big issues.
