I purchased dell studio 1458 laptop, service tag - jftj6bs, express service code - [protected]. Any how it's screen got damage. Now i want to replace my screen. I went to dell service centre in hyderabad, they gave me phone number and asked to call, so they will come and fix the screen, right now screen is not available. I called to sales department they are saying that product production is stopped so no screen is there search in local market. I searched everywhere but didn't find. Again i called them now they are saying that we can't do anything. What is this? Whose responsibility is to provide the screen. Once customer purchased laptop now spare part is not available in market, so anyhow i have to suffer.
It's like wastage of 55 k.
