Please be informed that, with reference my 2 complaints service number[protected]Re-3rt[protected] rk) and [protected] 37wnpqm2 to attend to my dell system complaint and system procured recently 4 months back from m/s baid electronics, vijayawada, ap and under warranty. As per your mail service quotation in rs.400/- agreed through e-mail and same confirmed your technical team. I am number of times follow-up in this regard thr' e-mail and your customer care team. But till date not respond your service engineers in this regard. I am not satisfaction your company service and products. Please look in to this matter and provide the your service engineer immediately.in case not attend to my complaint, i will be approach legal formalities to your company and the same inform to media, face book and what shop and your top management. Please confirm
