Dell India — Dell vostro 3400 customer service

I have bought this laptop in December 2021. Its just been 2 months and a lot of issues have resurfaced since the last week. The audio jack is not working, mic is giving echo and robotic voice, the audio is not working properly(audio device not installed error), too many echoes and noises if ever the audio comes back, too much heating, and SSD and harddrive having logically backfactor so soon. Harddrive ticking noise at intervals. This seems to be a factory defect.
Also the customer care, is just troubleshooting everyday which is hampering my college work and assignments. They are stating that it can be a windows problem and i should reinstall it and even shared a video. If i were so technically sound Why would i be reaching out to you! please help me out on this ASAP.
