On 25-jul-2018, i bought a dell vostro 3559 ci5 6th/4 1tb/2 gb /win 10 from echo computers pvt. Ltd. Sanjay place, agra for rs.49, 800. The company gave a 1 year warranty, but since the very first day it was troublesome for me. The processor was very slow and it was taking a lot of time even in a smallest action of copy pasting and then it started showing me blue screen error. Not only this but the ram also crashed. It caused me a lot of inconvenience as i require my laptop for my study purposes. Still the situation is same, the system is again started hanging and suddenly stops while working and does not start again until the batter is removed and inserted again. After complaining against this situation to customer care they are still advising me to reinstall the windows which has been already installed couple of times since the day of purchasing. And now i am tired of it, therefore request you to kindly accept my complaint letter and file a case against the above mentioned firm.
I strongly believe dell has taken advantage of me by depriving me of the computer’s warranty. They exhibited stall tactics, dead-end instructions, unreasonable explanations, disingenuous cooperation, and as a final attempt: computer hostage tactics.
Dell exhibited crafty ways of steering the situation away from the obligation to repair, repurchase, or replace my defective computer.
Please rescind the purchase of the computer, and provide a refund or facilitate the exchange for another computer.
