Dear Sir/Madam,
This grievance is with reference to very poor support provided by Dell Computers India Limited. I had purchased a Laptop (Dell Vostro 5410 i7 16GB 512 SSD, Price 87000 INR)couple of days back (19th July'2021 ordered from dell website and getting delivery 16 September 2021 ) and the Laptop has been having frequent issues of getting heatup in normal use thermal goes upto 92*C in idle condition, touch pad not working properly. I have raised the complaint (20 september 2021 )to Dell team to replace my unit, becaouse within month you can replace laptop according to dell servife terms and conditions, have been following up with them on a regular basis. Inspite of my regular follow-ups, the response of Dell Organization has been very poor and unresponsive to say the least. Now they have stopped responding completely and do not care about any service to their customers. This grievance to take action regarding the kind of poor service being provided by Dell and their complete negligence of customer duty and support.

Nov 22, 2021 Updated by Shadab_Alam before one months they told me to provide a new same to same laptop, but stil they dont want to replace, no emails no updates from last 2 months, i will go to court for complain about dell, they do scam with me . i lost 90000INR

Jan 07, 2022 Updated by Shadab_Alam Still not resolved, they just make customers fool and nothing else, almost a decade is over and still no one care about my money or laptop, at the same time if I invest money in anywhere (from 17 July, purchase date) to till now 7 months is over, now approx I got double of my money, still they always told me like working on it, wait and wait, now I need to take action against dell, file a case against dell, Dell is nothing, dell is 420, dell is scammer, all agent is also 420, if i have any power then i will fire on dell with all customer care agent, i just want to kill dell CEO and All Care Agent, i just want to shoot on head .
Jan 07, 2022 Updated by Shadab_Alam currently i lost my 4 client, i cant able to do my work in time, i dont have money to buy another laptop, Dell just play with our emotions and our life, what i will do without laptop, i cant able to do my job, i dont have money to buy new one, i lost my 90k, i lost my job, i cant read, i cant learn new skills, what should i do ? can you please tell me ? from last 6 months you make me fool, you guys have any shame .. thuuu hai tum pe dell
