Dell India — fake commitment by dell team for service

I have purchase dell desktop but it is not getting start. Even though i have not use it for a single minute. Dell team are continuously giving me fake commitment. They don't provide me any detail of engineer. And they have call me from the no which only contain outgoing call. Call on toll free no they told me sorry we can't help. What should i do???

My wifi connection auto disconnects in about 1 minute and I have to wait till it connects again. It is a seriously irritating problem that I am facing. please resolve it as soon as possible
