I had spoken to the customer service on the date: 13th july 2017 about issue regarding my laptop regarding its display. I immediately the very same day got the quotation of 8, 000/- rupees and i was told that i'd be getting a call back once i make my payment.
I made the payment of rs. 8000/- on the date of 15th july 2017 for which i did not receive any acknowledgement call. I then called back dell customer service to confirm about my payment and also sent them the screenshot of my payment. I got an invoice mail with the estimated delivery date as 28th july 2017. Few days before the eta i got an email stating your payment is not reflecting in our finance department and that your order has been cancelled. I soon sent them the screenshots and account details of all my payment after which my eta got delayed.
On 2/08/2017 i got an email stating the engineering will be calling and visiting on 3/08/2017 4:45pm. The engineer did not turn up to which i had to call them back again and new eta was scheduled on 4/08/2017.
The engineer came to the doorstep at 9:00 pm in the night after hours of struggling and fixing the laptop only to find out that the new lcd screen installed is faulty.
Numerous customer calls and multiple delay in the service and product delivery. It has been a nightmare.
