Dell India — faulty product supplied | |||||
This is probably the 5th or 6th time i’m contacting dell for several recurring issues of my laptop just bought around 2 months back. I regret to tell that neither of my issues have been resolved. The system is still hanging, while i’m browsing through chrome & the touch pad remains unresponsive, after few minutes of inactiveness. After every call from their for the past 2 months, i was assured that no further problems will arise in my system; but it seems that dell doesn’t even know how faulty their product is. Also, please tell me honestly, after all this trouble i’m going through almost daily basis, will i be incorrect asking for a refund from the company for supplying me faulty product?
